Hey there —

First, thank you to everyone who clicked a response in last week’s message. I mentioned that I’m working on some new tools to support you and I asked what is most relevant to you right now.

Whether you’re interested in a personal reset, tools to lead through change, private coaching, or just a dose of weekly inspiration—you’ll be hearing from me soon to learn more about what would best serve you in that area.

(And if you didn’t respond yet, no worries—it’s not too late. Just click the phrase above that best describes what you’re most interested in when you open my emails. Your click helps me prioritize what to create next—so I can send you tools that actually fit your goals.)

Now, let’s talk about something I’ve been working on behind the scenes…

What’s Your Adaptability Archetype?

In my work with leaders and teams, one thing is clear:

We don’t all adapt the same way.

Some of us charge ahead at full speed.
Some of us wait and overthink.
Some of us stay loyal to what was—even when it’s time to move on.
And some of us float in big ideas but struggle to land them.

None of these are wrong.

But they each come with strengths… and blind spots.

That’s why I created the Adaptability Archetype Quiz—a 2-minute tool to help you discover your personal pattern in times of change.

Through working with thousands of people, I’ve identified four common archetypes:

  • 🔥 The Hustler – Driven to act, but risks burnout
  • 🍃 The Drifter – Reflective and open, but often stuck in indecision
  • 🛡️ The Defender – Loyal and steady, but resists letting go
  • 🧭 The Wayfinder – Visionary and creative, but struggles with focus

Each archetype has a growth path.

Each archetype gets stuck in different places.

And when we know our type, we can start choosing our ending with clarity and compassion.

💡 And by the way: The most effective teams have all four types.

That’s why this isn’t about fixing your team—it’s about understanding them (and yourself) with new eyes.

I’ll be sharing specific insights and tools for each archetype in the coming weeks. But it all starts with awareness.

THIS ENDS NOW

Identify one habit, belief, or behavior that’s no longer serving you—and let it go.

Stop expecting yourself to respond to change the same way someone else does.

You’re not too slow. You’re not too impulsive. You’re not too cautious. You’re not too chaotic.

You’re just…YOU.

And there’s wisdom in your default mode—even if it’s gotten a little too comfortable.

This week, let’s end the self-judgment.

Let’s end the one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth.

THIS MOMENT MATTERS

One simple, actionable step to take to create a ripple effect of change in your life

Take 2 minutes to discover your archetype.

Not for entertainment. But for elevation.

The moment you understand how you typically respond to uncertainty?

That’s the moment you can choose a different response. A different ending. A new beginning.

And share your result with me—I’d love to hear what shows up.

I hope this serves you this week.

You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Just not where you’re supposed to stay.

Let’s keep going.

Up we go—
