Stuck? It might not be you.

This year, I’ve gone coast to coast, bringing a singular message to every stage, every audience, every industry.

From healthcare to hospitality, DC to Alaska—and next up, California to Maine—this is the message that keeps rising to the surface:

You’re not broken.
You’re just carrying something that needs to be released.

Here’s what I know:

We all want to grow.

To level up.

To break through to that next version of who we are and what we’re here to do.

But sometimes we feel stuck. Heavy. Off course.

Not because we’re doing it wrong...
…but because we’re dragging things that no longer belong.

Outdated roles.

Comfortable habits.

Stories that once served us… but now sabotage us.

Here’s the radical question I’ve been asking every time I’m on stage:

What if the key to your next breakthrough
isn’t what you start—
but what you choose to end?

And when I shared this message in Alaska last week, the responses were powerful:

  • “I’m ending second-guessing myself.”
  • “I’m letting go of comfort so I can move forward.”
  • “I’m choosing to end procrastination.”
  • “I’m making a brave choice.”

This isn’t about giving people a to-do list.

It’s not about telling you what to end.

My favorite part of this work is that I get to show up like a coach, not a commander.

I hold space for you to hear what life is already trying to say.

I shine the light—just enough—for you to see what’s been hidden under the noise.

Because the truth is:

You already know what it’s time to let go of.

This Ends Now

End the belief that your growth depends on doing more.

Sometimes, the next level starts with letting go.

This Moment Matters

What’s one thing—just one—you’re willing to release today?

A thought.
A behavior.
A story.

Name it.
Breathe.
Walk lighter.

Remember this:

You’re not behind.

You’re not off track.

You’re simply being invited to travel lighter — to move through this season with more grace, more clarity, and more freedom than before.

When you let go of what no longer fits, you make room for what’s been waiting for you all along.

Up we go—
